  • We prefer to make your rental experience as quick and painless as possible. You can either call or stop in our shop directly, or choose your equipment and  make reservations online. Provide your drivers license and proof of insurance for trailer rentals via email or bring them with you at time of pickup. We'll have the equipment prepared for pickup at our rental location or can arrange for delivery to your specified address.

  • In the event that a trailer or equipment experiences any damage during your rental period, please notify us promptly. Depending on the nature and extent of the damage, you may be responsible for covering the repair or replacement costs. It's important to review our rental agreement for specific terms and conditions regarding damage. While we understand that accidents can occur, your prompt communication is appreciated to help maintain the quality, performance, and safety of our equipment.

  • Yes, you can extend the rental period if you find it necessary. Contact our team to discuss your extension needs, and we'll work with you to update the rental terms and ensure no scheduling conflicts with other reservations. Keep in mind that the availability of specific equipment models may vary, so it's advisable to notify us well in advance of your extension requirements to secure the desired item. We're here to help you complete your project however we can.

  • Upon pickup or delivery of any of our trailers and equipment, operating instructions will be reviewed and any questions you may have can be answered. If at any point during your rental you have questions or concerns, please dont hesitate to reach out to us. Our staff has many years of experience with all our equipment and will be happy to assist you with any issues that may arise.
